Les Montys le Parc Muscat

Les Montys le Parc, is a wine from Muscadet made from the Melon de Bourgogne grape variety. This wine is made with spontaneous fermentation with various yeast cultures brought in from the vineyard. Its then matured on the lees in raw concrete vats. On the nose you'll find very pleasant aromas of acacia blossom, quince, pear and some minerality. Fruity and full in flavour.
