Karamolegos - Santorini

Most of the grapes come from vineyards that are at least 80 years old in various parts of the Santorini island. Elegant nose, characterised by aromas of fruit such as pear and peach, with stony-salty minerality. Notes of flowers such as jasmine and mint such as herbs, which come from the percentage of Athiri-Aidani and thus contribute to the multidimensionality. On the palate, the wine is complex but elegant and lively, with a depth of fruit, freshness, density and minerality.

Die meisten Trauben stammen von mindestens 80 Jahre alten Weinbergen in verschiedenen Teilen der Insel Santorin. Elegante Nase, geprägt von Fruchtaromen wie Birne und Pfirsich, mit steinig-salziger Mineralität. Noten von Blumen wie Jasmin und Minze wie Kräutern, die aus dem Anteil von Athiri-Aidani stammen und so zur Mehrdimensionalität beitragen. Am Gaumen ist der Wein komplex, aber elegant und lebendig, mit einer Tiefe von Frucht, Frische, Dichte und Mineralität.
