Der Wein erfährt eine Kaltextraktion, für einige Stunden, Pressen, Mischen mit dem Most der weißen und roten Trauben, alkoholische Gärung bei niedriger Temperatur, Filtrieren und Abfüllen.
Hellrosa Farbe. Stark duftend nach roten Früchten und einem Hauch von Blüten, Pfirsich und Aprikose. Nach der stark duftenden Nase ist der Gaumen trocken und leicht kalkig, zeigt aber immer noch rote Früchte, beeindruckend konzentrierter Körper, mit Komplexität und Säure, Aromen von Kräutern und Eukalyptus. Tolle Frische und ein animierender feinstaubiger Abgang.
| The wine undergoes cold extraction, for a few hours, pressing, mixing with the must of white and red grapes, alcoholic fermentation at low temperature, filtration and bottling. Light pink color. Strongly scented with red fruits and hints of flowers, peach and apricot. After the strongly fragrant nose, the palate is dry and slightly chalky, but still shows red fruits, impressively concentrated body, with complexity and acidity, aromas of herbs and eucalyptus. Great freshness and an animating fine dusty finish. |
