Domaine de Cabriac Rolle

Der Rolle von Domaine de Cabriac ist ein Weißwein aus dem Languedoc in Südfrankreich. Er hat eine schöne gelbe Farbe mit einem Hauch von frischem Grün. In der Nase finden Sie eine Mischung aus Honig, Karamell, Trockenfrüchten, Quitte, Akazienblüten, Anis und Maiglöckchen.
Am Gaumen ist er mittel- bis vollmundig mit Noten von Pfeffer und Gewürzen, Kümmel und den gleichen Noten von Honig, Quitte und Maiglöckchen. Sie werden auch einen schönen fruchtigen Charakter von Aprikose und weißem Pfirsich finden. Am Gaumen reichhaltig und konzentriert, sehr frisch, mit einer schönen, attraktiven Bitterkeit und einer schönen Länge.
Passt zu Seebrassen-Carpaccio mit Zitrusfrüchten und Espelette-Pfeffer, gebratenen Garnelen mit Knoblauch und Petersilie.

Domaine de Cabriac's Rolle is a white wine from Languedoc in the south of France. It has a beautiful yellow colour with hints of fresh green. On the nose, you'll find a melange of honey, caramel, dried fruit, quince, acacia blossom, aniseed and lily of the valley.
On the palate it is medium to full-bodied with notes of pepper and spice, caraway and the same notes of honey, quince and lily of the valley. You'll also find a lovely fruity character of apricot and white peach. Rich and concentrated on the palate, very fresh, with a lovely, attractive bitterness and beautiful length.
Pair with sea-bream carpaccio with citrus fruits and espelette pepper, pan-fried prawns with garlic and parsley.
