Domaine de CABRIAC – Pinot Noir

Das Weingut Domaine de Cabriac erzeugt in der herrlichen Landschaft des Pays d'Or in Frankreich Weine von großer Vielfalt. Sehr unterschiedliche Lagen, Bodenbeschaffenheiten und Rebsorten ermöglichen es dem Winzer, für jeden Geschmack einen Wein der Domaine de Cabriac zu erzeugen. Hinzu kommt seine langjährige Erfahrung mit dem Land, das sich seit Generationen im Besitz seiner Familie befindet.

Dieser Pinot Noir öffnet sich mit Noten von Sauerkirsche, Bitterschokolade und Himbeere. Das Profil ist jung, fast wie ein neuer Wein. Dann kommen Trockenfrüchte, Feigen, frische Haselnüsse und zum Schluss etwas Johannisbeere. Alles in allem frisch, geschmeidig, sehr delikat, mit einer echten Persistenz im Mund.

The Domaine de Cabriac produces wines of great diversity in the marvellous landscape of the Pays d'Or region of France. Very different sites, soil compositions and grape varieties allow the winemaker to produce a Domaine de Cabriac wine to suit every taste. This is complemented by his many years of experience with the land, which has been in his family for generations.

This Pinot Noir opens with morello cherry, bitter chocolate and raspberry. The profile is young, nearly new wine. Then come dried fruit, fig, fresh hazelnut, and at the end some redcurrant. On the whole fresh, unctuous, all in delicateness, with a real persistency in the mouth.
