Christmas Selection Box

Here we have a box with everything you need for Christmas : 

Sparkling wines : the most versatile wines to pair with your dishes. We've included: 

• Allimant Laugner Cremant d'Alsace Brut : an easy sparkling wine which is aged on the lees for 15 months. Excellent with lighter appetisers and finger food 
• Strandveld Pinot Noir Brut Rosé 2020 : aged on the lees for 3 years, this is an indulgent, complex and fruity sparkling wine. 

White wines : for winter dishes, we've opted for white wines with some structure and depth: 

• Joubert Tradauw Chardonnay : a classic barrel fermented Chardonnay which is aged partly in new oak and in used oak. This means that the oak isn't overpowering and well integrated. Aromas of butter and vanilla make this perfect for pairing with buttery dishes, think risottos, pasta with pumpkin and roast white meats 
• Strandveld Adamastor : a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. Super intense nose with aromas of citrus, white stone fruit, lemon grass, some asparagus and lots of minerality. This would be great with seafood and with asian dishes 

Red wines : for hams and roasted meats, we need red wines so we've chosen: 

• Hartenberg Cabernet Sauvignon : aromas of licorice, red fruits, ripe cherries, this wine would be perfect with roast meats with fruity sauces
• 68 Vignaioli Brindisi Riserva : a smooth red from the south of Italy perfect for easy dinners and chilling with your favourite snack and TV series.
